For Over 30 Years We Have Been Working To Ensure That All Babies Are Born Healthy And Families Are Strengthened By a Supportive Community.

We connect individuals and families to vital health and community services, ensuring families receive the help they need, when they need it most.
Because every stage of life deserves support.

Making Healthy Beginnings Possible

As our region continues to grow and diversify, we’ve seen a beautiful shift in the languages spoken by the families we serve. From Spanish to Urdu and beyond, each voice carries a story, a culture, and a need to be heard.

We team up with local agencies and providers across south-central NY to stay on top of what families need and offer the right support and education.

Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) are here for women of childbearing age and their families—whether it’s questions about pregnancy, health concerns, or caring for a little one. Our CHWs are trained, compassionate, and ready to meet you wherever you feel comfortable: at our office, in your neighborhood, or even right at home.
