If you are not eligible for one of the Facilitated Enrollment programs (CHP,FHP, or Medicaid) you may be eligible for Healthy NY. The Healthy NY program is designed to assist small business owners in providing their employees and their employees families with the health insurance they need and deserve. In addition, uninsured sole proprietors and workers whose employers do not provide health insurance may also purchase comprehensive coverage directly through the Healthy NY program. Women and teens who live in New York State who are pregnant and meet certain income guidelines can receive complete medical care during pregnancy, delivery and for at least two months after delivery. You may be eligible even if you have health insurance. All of your pregnancy care is confidential.
